Pick your modules. The platform is included.
Six modules on one workspace, priced by the learners you enrol. Every module runs on the same platform, so one login, one audit log and one list of learners serve all of them. Take one module or all six, and add more whenever you need. Every setup starts with a free pilot on your own material.
Priced on usage, outside the module discounts.
Exam Manager Complete already includes 50 credits a month. Add the AI plan when you need more.

How AI is charged
One credit is one question drafted from your own sources and checked by the item lint. Nothing reaches an exam until someone on your team approves it in the review queue. The AI fee for your size includes a monthly credit allowance; unused monthly credits do not roll over. When a busy month runs past the allowance, a top-up pack keeps drafting going. Pack credits stay valid for twelve months. Allowances and packs are covered by the fair use terms.
Exam Manager Complete already includes 50 credits a month at every size. The AI plan adds 250, 1,000, 3,000 credits a month for up to 100, 500, 2,000 learners; above that, 1 more credit a month for every additional learner.
| Credits | Price | Per credit |
|---|---|---|
| 250 | $100 | $0.40 |
| 1,000 | $360 | $0.36 |
| 5,000 | $1,500 | $0.30 |
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to start with Exam Manager?
No. Any module runs on its own, and the platform comes with whichever module you choose first. Most schools do start with Exam Manager, because exams are where the evidence matters most, so the page opens on it. A course programme, an admissions office or an internal knowledge base can start with its own module and add the others when they are needed.
What is the platform, and what does it cost?
The platform is the workspace every module runs in: one login for your people, the audit log, hosting, the multi-language interface and support. It is included with any module and never appears as a line on the invoice.
Is there a free trial?
We onboard institutions through a free, time-boxed pilot on your own material: register on this site, we set the workspace up with you, you run a real sitting, course or intake. If you want to try something right now, the free tools need no account at all.
What counts as a learner?
An enrolled learner with an account in your workspace. Staff, examiners and administrators are not counted. You can start with one programme and move up a size when more learners join.
Why does OSCE cost more than written exams?
An OSCE sitting carries stations, examiners, checklists and rating scales as well as the candidates, and its reliability reports work station by station. Every vendor that publishes a price charges more for it; we price it at one and a half times the written line, and both together at 20% off the pair.
How do the module and multi-year discounts work?
Take two or more modules and the module subtotal is discounted: two modules 10%, three 15%, four or more 20%, and all six together 25%. Prepaying two years takes a further 10% off, three years 15%. The AI add-on is priced on usage and stays outside the module discount.
Can I add a module later?
Yes. Modules can be added at any time, and the discount ladder applies to everything on the invoice. Moving up a size works the same way: the price follows the learners actually enrolled.
How is AI charged?
By credits. One credit is one question drafted from your own sources and checked by the item lint before it reaches your review queue. Exam Manager Complete includes 50 credits a month. The AI plan adds a larger monthly allowance for your size, and top-up packs cover busier months.
What is never charged for?
The platform: hosting, sign-on, the audit log and support come with any module. Sittings: run as many exams and sittings as your institution needs within fair use, with no per-attempt or per-candidate fee. Item banks: written exams and OSCEs share one bank on one price, with no separate bank licence per exam type. People: staff, examiners and administrators are never counted; only enrolled learners are.
What happens after the pilot?
You decide. Keep the workspace on the setup you configured here, or walk away. Nothing is owed either way. If you keep it, we invoice annually and the size is set by the learners actually enrolled in the workspace.
Which currency, and what about VAT?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. We invoice annually and accept card or bank transfer; institutions registered in Georgia can be invoiced in lari at the National Bank rate on the invoice date.
Can I see the platform before committing?
Yes. That is exactly what the pilot is for: we load your own question banks and exam formats so you evaluate it on real work, not a canned demo.
